Optional donor tips. Donors may add a small voluntary tip toward running the platform. Tips are always optional and help fund hosting, support and new features — they do not replace the platform fee.

- The platform fee is charged only on successful donations.
- Payment-provider (gateway) fees are separate and depend on the payment method.
- VAT treatment is confirmed with your accountant; VAT may be added to the subscription and platform fee.
- Refunds and chargebacks reverse the platform fee where possible.
- Donations are paid into the organisation's own verified account — never mixed into Robeli Digital's operating account.
- Clients disclose their own use of donation funds to their donors.
- Optional donor tips are shown at checkout and do not replace the platform fee.
